J.B. Woolf Services warrants that were to be free from defects and material and workmanship for a period of three years upon completion.

Liability is limited to repair and/or replacement materials with work to be performed by J.  B. Woolf Services.

Please note that purchaser's maintenance responsibility begins immediately upon project completion. J. B. Woolf Services shall not be responsible for any defects caused in whole or in part by purchaser's negligence or failure to provide proper maintenance which includes, but is not limited to:

• Caulking (the provided caulking must kept pliable and properly sealed) 
• Paint (use 100% acrylic latex exterior paint)
• Water Damage (redirect sprinkler system spray to minimize direct water contact)  
• Keep doors closed when not in use
